InfoEd Global’s Sponsored Programs Information Network (SPIN) is an international funding opportunity database that helps faculty, students, researchers, and staff to search for current and upcoming funding program announcements in all disciplines. The SPIN contains over 40,000 opportunities across thousands of funding agencies around the world. 

In 2022, Chulalongkorn University subscribed the SPIN service. This subscription is available for all current Chula faculty, students, researchers, and staff. As a Chula user, you can use all of the SPIN’s features, such as 

  • Searching for funding opportunities,
  • Saving, organizing and exporting funding opportunity searches, 
  • Creating bookmarks, 
  • Configuring search preferences, 
  • Setting up for funding alerts, and others.

All Chula people must first register as a SPIN user profile. You are eligible to register if you are current Chula faculty, students, or staff, and have an active Chula email address ([email protected]).

To register a user profile, please visit https://spin.infoedglobal.com/Authorize/Login and follow the steps below.

  1. Click “Need to create a new profile?” on the left side of the page.
  2. On the “Profile Request” page, select Chulalongkorn University from the drop-down box of the institution section.
  3. Complete the Profile Request form by entering the following information:
  4. Click “I’m not a robot.”
  5. Click “Save” in the upper right corner.

Note: After submitting your registration request, you will receive a confirmation email from SPIN. Please note that all registration requests must be reviewed and approved by an administrator of Chulalongkorn University. This process will take one to two business days. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a notification email with a link to create your password.
